These terms apply to your use of the Runners Photos website at runners.photos, including browsing albums, viewing images, and downloading photos when that option is offered.

Using the site and photos

Albums and images are provided for personal enjoyment and sharing within the running community. Please contact me before using photos for commercial, media, or promotional purposes. In most cases I do not charge, but I appreciate knowing how the work is used.

I retain copyright in my photographs. Downloading or viewing an image does not transfer ownership. Do not remove credit lines, misrepresent authorship, or upload images to stock or resale services without permission.

Downloads, tipping, and other features may change by album or over time. The site is offered as available; I do not guarantee that every image will remain online forever or that every download will succeed on every device.

Accounts and other services

Some tools on this site, including the Runners Photos Bib Tagger and related login flows, have additional terms. If you create an account for those services, you also agree to the Bib Tagger Terms of Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runners Photos is provided on an as-is basis. I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its content, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
