Pricing

• Every new account starts in free evaluation: up to 150 images scanned within 30 days.
• Matching and keyword writes are free during evaluation, same as on a full account.
• When your evaluation ends or you reach the image limit, use Upgrade ($10 deposit) in the app to move to a full account.

Pay only for what you use — no minimum usage.

Pricing is subject to change.

Each tier's rate applies only to images in that range. The first 1,000 are priced at tier 1; the next 4,000 at tier 2; the remainder at tier 3. Each album is priced separately using the tier that matches its image count.

Examples: a 300-photo album ≈ $6.00; a 1,500-photo album ≈ $28.50.

Pricing is proportional to usage. Volume discounts are automatically applied as your image count increases.

• Billing is based on the number of images analyzed.
• Images without detected bib numbers still count as analyzed.
• Scanning incurs cost; tagging is free.
• You can adjust settings and re-tag at no additional charge.
• Once an image is scanned, it is not billed again unless you explicitly rescan it.

$10 upgrade deposit

• Upgrade ($10 deposit): A one-time $10 card payment becomes $10 scanning credit (~500 images at the base rate) and unlocks full pay-as-you-go billing. This is prepaid usage, not an extra fee. For most users this covers their usage; you only pay again if unpaid balance grows.

$10 unpaid-balance limit

• This is separate from the upgrade deposit. After you are on a full account, unpaid charges can accumulate as you scan.
• When unpaid balance reaches $10: Scanning and related processing pause until you pay the full balance owed.
• Voluntary payment: Pay the exact unpaid balance anytime from Settings or when prompted after a job.

• If the service is ever permanently discontinued, unused credit will not be refundable. To stay safe, please add only the credit you expect to use.
