This policy describes how Runners Photos handles information when you browse the public site, use the contact form, or interact with features that do not require a separate product account.

What we collect on the public site

Browsing albums does not require an account. Like most websites, the hosting and security stack may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs to deliver pages and protect against abuse. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless) for aggregate traffic insight. I do not use third-party advertising or behavioral profiling on the main photo site.

If you use the contact form, I receive the information you submit so I can respond. Please do not send sensitive personal data unless it is needed for your request.

Downloads and payments

Some albums offer optional tipping or payment before download. When that flow is enabled, payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown in the checkout experience. I do not store full card numbers on the Runners Photos servers.

Registered accounts and Bib Tagger

Creating a login for Bib Tagger or related tools involves additional data collection, including account credentials and connections you authorize to external services. That processing is described in the Bib Tagger Privacy Policy.

Retention and your choices

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Server logs rotate on a normal hosting schedule. Account holders can manage or delete Bib Tagger data according to the Bib Tagger policy.
